Red sunsetThere is nothing like watching a beautiful sunset from a new place in the world. Thanks to internet, you don’t have to travel far to catch pictures of awesome scenery from places you’d otherwise never get to see. A few months ago I started a Facebook page where people could post their own photography, and so far we have seen some beautiful photos!

Found myself reading through old college papers tonight and came across my senior thesis. It’s a great reminder that no matter what the subject, tackling life is always easier with a multidisciplinary approach. This is probably one of my favorite papers I wrote in school, and at more than 7,000 words it’s extremely thorough.

Most of my days have been spent lately doing a combination of work, social media, eating, watching movies, and when I get a chance, sleeping. Over the weekend I’ve been reading a book called delivering happiness. It’s the story of pursuing happiness over money, and filling your life with meaning instead of monotony.

I remember when I graduated from college back in 2008, seems like it was a lifetime ago. I was exhausted from working myself though school, so many sleepless nights and frustrated moments. In December of 2008 I walked across the stage at UT Arlington, and was ready to take on the world.
